Code of Ethics and Organisation, Management, and Control Model

Ferriere Nord S.p.A. has adopted the Code of Ethics and approved the Organisation, Management, and Control Model in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The Company Code of Ethics of Ferriere Nord S.p.A. is designed to disseminate the values that characterise the Company’s activities and by which its employees, collaborators, and partners are constantly inspired.

The Organisation, Management, and Control Model adopted by Ferriere Nord S.p.A. has the objective of preventing the perpetration of the offences specified in Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 as well as raising the awareness of all the individuals who, in various capacities, are collaborating with the Company.
