We have gathered their testimonials.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Matteo Lugano<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Internship in the Energy Department &#8211; Group Technical Department. Since 2022, in the Group Technical Department<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>How did your journey at Pittini begin?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During my work placement and whilst working on my dissertation, I was offered the opportunity to work on a project relating to the granulation of white slag. This gave me the chance to gain first-hand insight into both the Energy Department and the Group\u2019s Technical Department.<\/p>\n<h2>What did you take away from this experience?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I had the opportunity to tackle practical issues and to see the project I had been working on grow over time. Today, that idea has become a fully operational system, and I am proud to have contributed to its development.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Federica Cinti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><i>Work placement in the Sales Department. From January 2026 in the Group&#8217;s Sales Department<br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>How valuable was the work placement for your career path?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was my first job after graduating, and it enabled me to put the knowledge I&#8217;d gained at university into practice.<\/p>\n<h2>When did you realise that your career would continue within the company?<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of my work placement, I received positive feedback on the work I had done and was subsequently offered a job. It was a sign that this experience could turn into a real career opportunity.<\/p>\n<h2><strong> Lorenzo Tarana<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Work placement in the Research and Development Department at Acciaierie di Verona. From March 2026 in the Production Planning Department<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>What was it like for you during the period when you were writing your dissertation and doing your work placement?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">From day one, I worked on my thesis whilst consulting with experienced colleagues and taking part in the office\u2019s activities. It was a very formative experience.<\/p>\n<h2>What made you decide to continue your career with the Group?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The dynamic working environment and opportunities for growth enabled me to acquire new skills quickly.
