To mark this important milestone in its industrial history, the Pittini Group organised a commemorative event celebrating fifty years since the first casting at the Osoppo steel mill.
The production cycle was completed in 1975 with the launch of steelmaking operations, marking a significant step forward in the development of the company.
Current and former employees, along with their families, gathered at the site in Osoppo for the occasion. More than 800 people attended the celebration.
The event also featured a presentation outlining future objectives for the mill, including investments aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. The goal is to make the steelworks even more advanced, automated, and competitive.
