The Pittini Group considers the development of skills to be a cornerstone of its activities and over the years it has developed a variety of training projects.
The “Special Projects” are training-to-work initiatives geared towards new university and high school graduates that lead to permanent employment. During the year of training foreseen by the project, participants alternate between classroom learning and on-the-job training in the various departments and companies of the Group.
