The Pittini Group is constantly looking for ways to grow and offer innovative ideas that respond to the needs and challenges of a sector in a state of continuous evolution, such as the steel industry. The main lever for this development is the cooperation between the world of work and the world of education.
At the Officina Pittini per la Formazione Corporate School, the following activities are provided:
The Transversal Skills and Orientation Programmes (in Italian “Percorsi per le Competenze Trasversali e per l’Orientamento“, formerly known as the School-to-Work Alternation Programme or “Alternanza Scuola Lavoro“) are projects that allow secondary school students to supplement traditional classroom education with training experiences in institutions and companies.
These programmes have a specific focus on the development of key skills to guide young people in their choices after graduation.
These work-based learning opportunities provide first-hand experience in the world of work and business.
This programme is dedicated to the students of Higher Technical Institutes with the objective of fostering the integration between their studies and the world of work.
Dissertation projects can be developed in the various corporate departments of the Pittini Group.
