This page describes the management of the website with reference to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it.

FERRIERE NORD S.p.A. has been designated as being in charge of the processing in accordance with article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in as much as it is in charge of the maintenance of the technical side of the website.

3. Place of data processing
Data processing connected to the web services of this website takes place at the above mentioned headquarters of the Company and is carried out by personnel in charge of data processing. Such data, including those related to the newsletter service, may also be processed by FERRIERE NORD S.p.A. personnel, which has been designated as being in charge of the processing ex art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in as much as it is in charge of the maintenance of the technical side of the website, at the Company’s headquarters.
No data deriving from the web service is either communicated or shared.
Personal data supplied by users who request the shipment of informative material (mailing lists, newsletters, answers to questions, etc.) is only used in order to carry out the service or services requested, and is not communicated to third parties.

4. Type of data processed

4.1 Navigation data
During the normal course of operation, the IT systems and software employed for the operation of this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit during the use of Internet communication protocols.
The data is not collected in order to identify users, but due to its nature, it could allow users to be identified through processing and interrelation with data held by third parties.
