From the application to the first day in the company
Our selection process is designed to identify the most eligible profiles for placement in the company. The will to value the professionalism of all the candidates guarantees a positive candidate experience.
Candidate details and CVs are collected using the online application system. Apply for a specific position or submit a spontaneous application.
In this stage, the transversal and technical skills, previous experience, motivation and expectations of the candidates are thoroughly evaluated. The HR team provides general information about the company and its opportunities.
This meeting focuses on the more technical aspects of the role. To achieve these objectives, the HR Team is assisted by the department managers.
At the end of the selection process, each candidate will receive feedback from the HR Team. If the result is positive, the recruitment and induction activities are launched.
A dedicated and valuable training programme to learn about the company and its organisation is implemented during the onboarding process.
