NextGen Maintenance Technicians: the project
The project was created in collaboration with the Officina Pittini per la Formazione, Corporate School, with the objective of training and employing new technicians specialised in the maintenance of machinery and plants.
Target human resources
New high-school and under-25 technical university graduates who are highly interested in the world of maintenance and willing to join a dynamic, constantly expanding and technologically innovative industrial organisation.
Training programme
The vocational training plan covers a wide range of topics including: troubleshooting logic, hydraulics, welding, effective communication, electromechanics and electrical engineering.
Career profiles
Becoming maintenance technicians for automated systems in the steel and metallurgy industry, specialised in one of the following departments of the Group: Steelworks, Rolling Mills, Nuova Metallurgica, Siat and Pittarc.
Placement in the Company
Direct employment in the Pittini Group.
