The first edition of Steel Training, the training-work course for recent Mechatronics graduates, has just finished.
Thursday, 27th August marked an official event at the Pittini Group headquarters in Osoppo: a moment in which each participant was given the opportunity to talk about their experience and their expectations for the future. The Group’s CEO, Paolo Felice, spoke meaningfully, drawing on the importance of studying and training with consistency and dedication to develop one’s professional career.
Steel Training 2019 was a twelve-month course, consisting of 544 hours of classroom lessons and 1,300 hours of practical activity in which the eight selected students were able to broaden their technical knowledge and soft skills, combining theory with valuable work experience in the various company departments.
The participants, who have been awarded the certificate as a “Specialized Technician in the operation and maintenance of automated systems”, will be able to start their real career in the Pittini Group plants at Osoppo, Verona and Potenza.
The training project was implemented through the Corporate School del Gruppo Pittini, with the kind cooperation of the Istituto Salesiano Bearzi, Udine.
