Our training courses

The Pittini Group considers the development of skills to be a cornerstone of its activities and over the years it has developed a variety of training projects.

The “Special Projects” are training-to-work initiatives geared towards new university and high school graduates that lead to permanent employment. During the year of training foreseen by the project, participants alternate between classroom learning and on-the-job training in the various departments and companies of the Group.

NextGen Maintenance Technicians

A training-to-work project aimed at under-25 technical school graduates. Thanks to a training plan dedicated to the world of maintenance, new recruits acquire the skills and experience necessary to become 4.0 maintenance technicians in industrial production sites.
The vocational training programme includes an immediate placement in the Pittini Group through direct recruitment.

Steel Engineer

A course aimed at recent engineering graduates with the aim of training future professionals in the steel industry.
The project allows participants to learn more about multiple business functions across the companies in the Group while developing new technical, management and transversal skills.

Steel Training

A programme for students with degrees in mechanical or electrical engineering and mechatronics. The project gives participants an insight into all of the Group’s production departments and enables them to obtain a qualification as a “Technician specialising in the operation and maintenance of automated systems”.
