«Steel Training» is an annual work-classroom training course aimed at recent mechatronic graduates. The project involves the Osoppo, Verona and Potenza facilities and has been developed thanks to the close collaboration of Istituto Salesiano Bearzi of Udine that provides training to achieve the qualification of specialized technician in the operation and maintenance of automated systems.
Steel Engineer is a career opportunity for young Engineering graduates, who are inserted directly in the company for an indefinite period of time and provided with annual technical-specific training to prepare them for the role of Steel Process Engineer.
Joint cooperation with three other major Italian steel Groups has led to launching the «Management 4 Steel» project: a unique experience to help internal collaborators grow by developing their technical and managerial skills that are constantly oriented towards Industry 4.0.
